At TeeFlow USA, all products are made to order. We take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel and stand behind every item we produce. We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or non-defective items.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Returns and replacements are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

  • The item arrives defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item received is incorrect

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:
  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color
  • Items with normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Final sale items (if marked)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • We will provide instructions once the issue is confirmed.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the issue is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
